Sisters With Success is a women’s empowerment nonprofit organization
dedicated to supporting, motivating, and encouraging young girls and women
from all backgrounds.
Initially when we started at San Bernardino Valley College as a campus club, our original name was Sisters With Soul (SWS). I
wanted a positive forum for women of all backgrounds to come together and unite. Many said it wasn’t possible to have a group of
women to be able to come together and unite as one. I told them my story of how I had & still have 5 great girl friends that I’d
been friends with for over 25 years. The first thing they’d say is you’re not that old. That’s not my point. It is possible of all
backgrounds to be able to come and support and uplift each other. We amended our name in 2011 to Sisters With Success. We
started as a women’s support group. Sisters With Success (SWS) mission is to uplift, encourage, motivate and inspire women of all
backgrounds.
Sisters With Success mission is dedicated to motivating, empowering, encouraging and inspiring women from all walks of life to rise above challenges, break through, stigmas, & walk boldly in their purpose.
